I just want to give a shout out to the awesome staff at Firestone Tires on Range Line Road. They’ve been servicing my vehicle the past four years, and not only have they met my car’s needs, but they’ve also exceeded my expectations in the “caring, pleasant genuineness” department.
The staff has expressed interest and taken note of what road trips I’m embarking on (as this influences what level of service I may need), and they always greet me with a smile and are willing to take the time to explain exactly what they are doing and why. Their patience with my type-A personality and multiple questions is to be commended! They’ve shown me that they are trustworthy, which can’t be said of all auto shops.
When I was in for an oil change last weekend, it was around the lunch hour and I hadn’t taken the time to eat anything that day due to a hectic schedule and multiple commitments. I was sitting in the waiting area with a book while the staff finished their work on my car, and then out of the blue, a few of the guys offered to share their lunch that they had ordered in. It was a simple gesture, but it meant so much to me. I could tell my blood sugar was low and being able to eat was exactly what I needed. So, they not only took care of my car that day, but they also took care of me! I really appreciated it.
So thank you to Firestone, and keep up the great work!
