RadioMom FM receives Boone County Chamber Impact Award

RadioMom 91.1 FM was selected as the Boone County Chamber Impact Award recipient for July. The award recognizes a Boone County chamber member that has made positive contributions to the community.

RadioMom 91.1 FM, located in Lebanon, is the only local radio station in Boone County. RadioMom covers local news, sports and weather. It also provides play-by-play coverage for Lebanon, Western Boone and Zionsville high schools’ varsity football, basketball, baseball and softball games.

The station produces a multitude of programming, including “Rewind Weekends,” “’90s at Nine,” “Music Hour,” “What’s Up Boone County,” “About Town,” and “Community Calendar,” among other shows.

RadioMom is celebrating its 20th year. It recently hosted its 20th Anniversary Birthday Bash. Previously known as WNON, RadioMom is a nonprofit station supported by underwriters and a community-minded organization, providing programming and support to businesses, organizations and community members throughout the Boone County Region.
