Sean Sullivan has been in Zionsville only two years but is firmly entrenched in the community.

He has become the go-to podcaster at zWorks and is a member of the Lion’s Club as well as a volunteer for the Lilly Scholars board of directors. He grew up in Kokomo and graduated from Butler University in 2012 with a degree in marketing and finance with a concentration in risk management. He was a Lilly Scholar.

Sullivan works full time for &Marketing as a Marketing Analysts Manager and is cultivating two of his own businesses. He created Converge Street, a marketing company that gathers ideas and stores them in one place. The company has shifted several times from an agency to an incubator, which it is now. He recently launched Converge Coffee, where marketers come together through podcasting.

Sullivan is building his career with his innovative approach for marketing professionals and other businesses to come together to share ideas and help each other grow.

“I love talking to people, finding out what they want in business and their marketing needs,” he said.

Sullivan has episodes “in the coffee cup”, so to speak, at Converge Coffee’s website, convergecoffee.co. He publishes new stories each week.

Sullivan is working with Ben Worrell of the Boone County Economic Development Corp. to set up its podcasting.

“Ben and I are formalizing plans to set up and talk about business through Boone County,” he said. “We will be podcasting from zWorks.”

Any business can contact Sullivan to help set up regular podcasting through workshops and tips and B2B talking through the internet.

Sullivan said equipment costs are low.

“You don’t need a studio or fancy equipment,” he said. “You can podcast from your phone.”

zWorks members have access to the feature. Non-members can learn from Sullivan on a fee-based structure. For more, email Sullivan at [email protected] or visit one of the websites listed above.
