Lewis H. Thieman, 89, of Carmel, died June 5. He was born in Minster, Ohio, on March 31, 1929.
Survivors include his children, Jayne (William) Slaton, Tom (Laura) Thieman and Doreen (Robert) Viney; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will gather from 5 to 8 p.m. June 7 in Our Lady of Mt Carmel Catholic Church. The Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11 a.m. June 8 in the church. Additional visitation will also begin at 9 a.m. prior to the service.
