Hamilton County currently is under a flash flood warning. If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately. Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate precautions to protect life and property.
Until 6 p.m. today, sandbags are available to Hamilton County residents at Hamilton County Hazardous waste, 1717 N. Pleasant St., Noblesville. Continued throughout the county this afternoon and evening is expected, and Hamilton County Emergency Management stated that sandbags are most effective if deployed ahead of floodwaters.
