Ingredients:
2 oz. Old Forester bourbon
.5 oz. maple syrup
Half of an orange
Piece of cherry wood
Orange bitters
Angostura bitters
Directions:
Smoke a piece of cherry wood by using a blow torch and turn a glass upside down over the wood to capture the smoke. Shake the bourbon, maple syrup, a few dashes of both bitters and fresh juice of half an orange with ice and strain over ice added to the cherry wood-smoked glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
