Apparently, Toto is a bit of a night owl as he enjoyed Carmel’s Late Night on Main July 1. A portion of Main Street was closed and packed with concertgoers listening to LemonWheel from 9 p.m. until midnight. Mark your calendars for two more Late Night on Main events scheduled for Aug. 19 and Oct. 7.
