The restaurant food delivery service began in Carmel in February.

Michael Hill is a co-owner in the Carmel operation withMyTown2Go owners Tony Swiantek and Mike Hall. Hill, who is in the process of moving from Kokomo to Carmel, said it helps to be near the site to better serve customers.

There is a mobile app and a website, mytown2go.com/restaurants/Carmel, to order.

Three partner restaurants are Teriyaki Madness, Cancun and Simple Taste Bakery, offering a discounted delivery fee.

“We try to be as local as possible,” Hill said.

Among the more than 20 restaurants available are Bub’s Burgers, Kona Grill, Amber Indian Restaurant and Scotty’s Brewhouse.

“You place your order and it will show up in 45 minutes or less,” Hill said. “A portion of what we make goes to a food bank in Carmel, Merciful H.E.L.P Center. We always try to give back to the community.”

Hill said they hope to expand to Fishers, Westfield and into Indianapolis in the next few months.

Hill had been working for a supervisor/driver for a different food delivery service in Kokomo and decided to get in contact with Swiantek and Hall.

“We decided to partner up with each other because we both have a lot to offer,” Hill said.

MyTown2Go was started in Topeka, Kan., in 2015 by Swiantek and Hall

The idea came about from their need for delivery for their own pizzeria. However, Swiantek and Hall soon realized that many restaurants in Topeka would have wanted the opportunity to deliver their food as well. So their own multi-restaurant delivery marketing service was born.

MyTown2Go partners with local restaurants and independent contractors to get customers hot, fresh, food quickly.

Hill said MyTown2Go is now in 50 cities in 17 states.
