Noblesville Fire Dept. firefighter and paramedic Tony Murray has been recognized as an “Angel Medic” for 2017.
Each year, St.Vincent Health gives the honor to an EMT or paramedic from each department in Hamilton County. The purpose of the award is to provide public recognition for those contributions made to patient care that align with the St.Vincent Core Values of wisdom, reverence, service to the poor, dedication, creativity and integrity. Nominations are made by peers and based on the following criteria: volunteerism, community service, core value commitment, leadership, professionalism and appropriate medical care.
“Tony has been very dedicated to the EMS and firefighting professions, as well as his community,” Division Chief of EMS James Macky stated in a press release. “His work for the Noblesville Fire Dept. is invaluable, and he is well-deserving of this award.”
