Annual city egg hunt set for Saturday, April 8

The Noblesville Parks and Recreation Dept. and Hare Chevrolet will host its annual, free Easter egg hunt this weekend, on April 8, at Forest Park, 701 Cicero Rd., Noblesville.

Children are invited to come and enjoy lots of fun activities beginning at 10 a.m. at Shelter 5, including a bounce house and DJ. The event’s guest of honor will be the Easter Bunny, who will be making a special appearance to have pictures taken with boys and girls. The hunt includes four age groups for children up to 10 years old (1-2, 3-4, 5-6 and 7-10) and will begin at 11 a.m. sharp. No registration is required to participate.

Prior to the event, the Noblesville Sunrisers Kiwanis Club will host its annual pancake breakfast at Forest Park Inn from 8 to 10:30 a.m. The menu includes pancakes, sausage, juice, coffee and milk. Cost is $5 per person and all proceeds will benefit a children’s charity.
