Noblesville Parks and Recreation’s community gym at its recreation annex at 300 N. 17th St., Noblesville, will be closed from March 27 to April 9 so its floors can be refinished.

The new floor will only have permanent pickleball, basketball and volleyball lines. Pickleball will begin again from 9 a.m. to noon Monday, April 10.

“We apologize for the inconvenience the refinishing may create for our patrons, but we know the new floor will better suit our programming and provide a better experience for our guests,” Recreation Director Nichole Haberlin stated in a press release.

For to gym rentals, Sunday pickleball will be discontinued once the gym closes. New summer hours will begin April 24. At that time, pickelball will only be offered from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays inside the Recreation Annex.
