Floyd C. Murdock, 92, Noblesville, died March 14 at Maple Park Village in Westfield. He was born July 8, 1924, to Claude and Sarah Louise (Sproessig) Murdock in Batesville, Ind.
Floyd was co-owner of Russ Motors and bought, raised and sold all types of animals and livestock. He was a member of First Church of God in Noblesville, loved people and being outdoors and enjoyed farming, fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his son, Larry (Sue) Murdock, brother, John (Jo) Murdock, two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Murdock, who died in 2008, daughter Judy Artman and siblings Russ Murdock, Norma Small, Agnes Barton and Mabel Dozel.
