Central Indiana Orthopedic’s MedTech Park construction could begin as early as next month, and Envoy, Inc. has been selected as the construction manager.
”We are humbled to be selected by a well-established leader in the field of orthopedics and sports medicine to deliver their world-class medical facility,” Envoy, Inc. Principal Scott Baldwin stated in a press release.  “Envoy is equally excited about the opportunity to assist Central Indiana Orthopedics in the development of the remaining parcels.”

The development was originally announced last June and will sit on 37 acres in northeastern Fishers. It will include a 50,000-square-foot medical office facility for Central Indiana Orthopedics as well as other medical offices.
“We are very excited to see our Fishers project moving forward,” Central Indiana Orthopedics President Dr. Nimu Surtani stated.  “We look forward to working with the Envoy team, and welcome their experience and expertise to help our project move forward.  Our vision remains the same, build a more efficient space for our doctors and staff, allowing us to continue offering comprehensive care and specialized care to our patients.”

The first phase of the project, which includes the Central Indiana Orthopedics offices, will begin this spring.

“MedTech Park creates a dynamic, immediate opportunity for other medical providers to bring services to an emerging area seeing significant growth,” Baldwin stated.
