Hamilton Town Center, a Simon mall, is adding two dining options. Chef Adam’s Kitchen and Fresh to Order are the newest selections for hungry Hamilton County shoppers.

The Hamilton Town Center storefront is the second location for Elkhart-based Chef Adam’s Kitchen. The restaurant is now open near Stone Creek Dining and offering coffee, made in-house lunches, popcorn, desserts, snacks and more.

Fresh to Order will open its first Indiana location in April in the former Paradise Café space. The Atlanta-based, fast-casual restaurant will serve a traditional menu of soups, salads, sandwiches and dinner entrees as well as wine and beer.

Last year, European Wax Center, Evereve, MoCee Spa and UPaint all opened at Hamilton Town Center.

“We are pleased to expand our offerings with these new tenants,” stated director of marketing and business development at Hamilton Town Center Lindsey Alltop. “These fresh dining options will bring something new to the table.”
