Paul M. Daywalt, 75, Noblesville, died Feb. 5 at Carmel Health & Living. He was born Dec. 27, 1941, to Paul and Verden (Whitmore) Daywalt in Noblesville.
For 29 years, Paul worked for Allison’s Detroit Diesel division of General Motors. He was a member of Union United Methodist Church and loved golfing, fishing, boating and traveling. Most of all, Paul loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his sons, Stephen Daywalt and Jeffery (Kim) Daywalt, daughter Donna (Steven) Daywalt-Green, brother John Daywalt, sister Sandra Fetty, grandchildren Andrew, Kayla, Cheyenne, Kaylee, Sydney and Douglas and great-granddaughter Hayden.
In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Daywalt, in 2002, brothers Butch Daywalt and Bill Whitmore and sister Shirley Oyler.
