Where’s Amy was hooked at Disney’s “The Little Mermaid” and had a chance to meet Broadway stars Diana Huey (Ariel) and Matthew Kacergis (Prince Eric) after the show. They both said they loved being on tour and felt such positive energy from Broadway Indy’s crowd on opening night. Old National Centre was packed with little mermaids and princes of all ages who enjoyed the vivid and brilliant costumes, electrifying lighting special effects and, most of all, the colorful sea creatures from “Under the Sea” and beyond. This show made the audience feel as if they were swimming alongside the cast. Everyone who attended sat in awe and was mesmerized by the grand and magical illusions on stage throughout the entire performance. Where’s Amy also had fun seeing friends of Current who all gave the show “two fins up.” If you missed Disney’s “The Little Mermaid” be sure to check out “Jersey Boys,” which blows into town Feb. 28 and runs through March 5.
