“We’ve been here 16 years now, and we really just felt like we needed to update,” said Kent Esra, co-owner of Cobblestone Grill. “You have to reinvent yourself every once in awhile.”

Esra said the restaurant will shift to a more contemporary industrial look. The remodeling will include a newly renovated dining room, new flooring, new tables and chairs, a larger bar area and an updated color scheme.

After the remodeling and rebranding, Cobblestone Grill will simply be known as Cobblestone.  The rebranding will also include a new logo, uniforms and an updated menu.

“We’re very excited about the renovations,” Esra said. “It’s like opening a new restaurant, really.  We’re looking at every detail. It’s going to be completely different from what people are used to at Cobblestone.”

Esra said the new menu will still include Cobblestone Grill favorites like the spinach artichoke dip and Cobblestone shrimp appetizer. Esra said Chef Omar Guzman has been working to redevelop the menu with several new items, including a wider selection of appetizers.

During the renovations, Esra said Cobblestone Grill will have pop-up events at Bites by Confectioneiress on Feb. 3 and 4. The pop-up events will include a five course meal and cocktails. Tickets are $65 per person and available at cobblestonegrill.com through the Eventbrite link.

Once renovations are complete, Esra said Cobblestone will re-open with a few soft opening events as well as a welcome back event on March 2.
