Carmel High School will celebrate its state-title winning football team with a celebration set for 6:30 p.m. Dec. 2 in the freshman cafeteria.
The event will include remarks from Coach John Hebert and select players, a presentation of the trophy to CHS by team captains and team autographs. State championship apparel will be available in Greyhound Station, and attendees can take photos with the trophy.
The event is open to the public. Guests are invited to attend a boys varsity basketball game between CHS and Lawrence Central beginning at 7:30 p.m.
