F.C. Tucker Company has reported growth in 2016. Four new offices have opened across Indiana, and three Central Indiana offices are expanding. The company also has hired approximately 188 new real estate associates and expects record-breaking sales of $3.7 billion representing more than 18,000 transactions statewide in 2016.

“The momentum is definitely going in the right direction, and we’re in a good position to finish the year strong,” stated Jim Litten, CEO of F.C. Tucker Company, in a press release to Current. “Today, it is difficult to travel through Indiana without seeing a Tucker sign in someone’s front lawn, and we owe this in large part to the leadership and teams assembled throughout the state. They work hard and build lasting connections with homebuyers in Indiana.”

Three of the new office locations are independently owned. F.C. Tucker/Crossroads in New Castle, owned and operated by Matt Huffman, joined the network in February. The F.C. Tucker/Malcolm & Schleuter affiliate serving Fort Wayne expanded its presence into Bluffton in September. The third independent location, owned and managed by Mark Miles, was scheduled to open in Peru in October. Lastly, a new Mooresville office opened in June and is operated by F.C. Tucker’s corporate headquarters.

F.C. Tucker also is completing expansion plans for corporate offices serving Carmel, Indianapolis South and downtown Indianapolis. Those expansions were announced in April, August and September, respectively. The new Carmel office will move from its current location at Keystone Way to the emerging Midtown development in the Arts and Design district in 2017. The South office, serving southern Marion County and Johnson County, will finish construction of a new building near Emerson Avenue and Main Street in Greenwood in December 2016. The downtown office expanded to the second floor of its 342 Massachusetts Ave. address in September. Each location will have the capacity to expand its teams by at least 20 percent.

“As the housing market rebounds, many realtors have recognized the value F.C. Tucker brings in brand recognition and quality of the network,” stated Mark Bush, senior vice president of Tucker Associates, in a press release. “The expanse of our network in 2016 proves we have built a trusted name, and we look forward to more growth in years to come.”
