The ladies of Refuge Christian Church, 11772 196th St., Noblesville, will host their annual chili supper from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Nov. 18 at the church. The menu includes chili, hot dogs, veggies and dip, cornbread, dessert and drinks. Donations will be accepted. A portion of the proceeds will go to help local elementary schools at Christmas time.
