Richard Earl Brown, 88, Cicero, died Oct. 26 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. He was born Oct. 10, 1928 to Otis and Ruby (Eller) Brown in Noblesville.
Richard was a specialty food broker and owner of Hill Sales Company, Inc. He was a member of First Christian Church of Noblesville and Noblesville Masonic Lodge and loved to fish.
Richard is survived by his son, David Thomas Brown; daughters Linda Jo Fine and Paula Jean Symmes; five grandchildren; five nieces and two nephews. In addition to his parents, his wife, Gladys Joan Brown, preceded him in death in 2012.
