Where’s Amy attended the 19th Annual Carmel International Arts Festival. It’s my favorite arts festival because it’s a chance to see the beautiful creative craftsmanship of local and international artists. All weekend, there was free delicious food and live music. Hats off to all the participating artists, hard-working volunteers, board and committee members and the 2016 Festival Team, including Dawn Fraley, Rosemary Waters, Joan Cimino, Gary Frey and Awards Judge Pamela C. Newell.
