On Sept. 22, city officials and representatives from the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce and Noblesville Main Street joined owner Lynn Milburn and Mayor John Ditslear for the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Red Wing Shoes, 17017 Mercantile Blvd., within Stony Creek Marketplace. The store, which specializes in work footwear, is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
