Zionsville Presbyterian Church, 4775 W. 116th St., will host a blood drive from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 21, in honor of Hadley Lehr, who is fighting Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
Lehr has had more than 40 blood transfusions to help her fight the disease, and her family memebers say they are hoping she will go into remission so she can receive a bone marrow transplant. The event will also provide an opportunity for attendees to sign up for Be The Match.
