Kristy Lyn Ripley, 39, Noblesville, died July 17 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. She was born Oct. 1, 1976 to Billy Jo and Rebecca ‘Becky’ (Ringo) James in Owensboro, Ky.

Kristy had been in the insurance business and had most recently worked for Amerisafe Insurance Company, until her illness, and was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Noblesville. She was a 1994 graduate of Heritage Hills High School in Lincoln City, Ind., and had attended Tecumseh Jr./Sr. High School in Lynnville, Ind. her junior year. She attended Indiana State University from 1996 to 1997 after studying theatre from 1994 to 1996 at Western Illinois University. From ages 11 to18, Kristy was a member of the Lincoln Amphitheater, in Lincoln City, Ind. Crafting, dancing, singing and cooking were things she enjoyed, but her greatest accomplishment and joy came from being a loving wife and mother.

In addition to her mother, Kristy is survived by her husband, Paul Ripley, two children, Allyson Broadstreet and Colin Ripley, sisters Charity (Danny) Granderson, Amy James and Brandy (Billy) Green, brother Matthew (Breya) James, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and many friends.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Irene Ringo and Charley and Hazel James.
