Ball state hosting entrepreneurial conference in Fishers

Ball State University Fishers, 12175 Visionary Way, is presenting an Entrepreneurial Education Conference from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. June 21.

The free, interactive conference will provide real-world examples of how to incorporate entrepreneurial skillets into classroom curriculums.

Speakers for the event include Tim Scales, Indiana University East Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship; Iris Hammel, Program Director of St. Joe CEO Program, co-founder of TeachMe3D.org and Connected Classroom, Program Developer and Lead Teacher of LIFE Charter School; and Michael Goldsby, Chief Entrepreneurship Officer, Stoops Distinguished Professor of Entrepreneurship and Director Emeritus of the Entrepreneurship Center and Program at Ball State.

The final session will be a panel discussion facilitated by Steve Guenin, Innovation Course Developer at Hamilton Southeastern High School, and include area high school seniors Zach Baker, Brandon Boynton and Bradford Wolf, each CEOs of their own startups.
