Here is Jackie’s winning essay:

Hi I am Jackie Gantz, and I want to nominate Mr. Gibson for teacher of the month. He teaches 7th and 8th graders about religion and faith. He lives a great example of being faithful and caring. He also teaches us so much more about literature and history. He is enthusiastic, hardworking, and never seems tired of teaching. I have been so lucky to have him for 2 years because he’s the best! I’ll never forget him. When our 8th grade was stressed out because of tests, he put on a disco boogie! Everyone loved it!! Thanks Mr. Gibson!
