Poll workers needed in Hamilton County for May 3 primary

The Hamilton Co. Republican Party has announced that it still needs poll workers for the primary on Tuesday, May 3.

Workers are paid for their time, including:

  • Inspectors: $200, plus $25 for attending one of the training sessions.
  • Judge: $105
  • Clerk: $105

All positions also receive a $20 meal allowance for the day. Anyone interested is asked to contact the county GOP at (317) 849-9600 or [email protected].

Traditionally, poll workers are asked to perform duties such as issuing ballots, monitoring voting equipment, explaining how to use voting equipment and other tasks.
