The City of Fishers’ 2016 Movies in the Park season kicks off April 15.
Movies begin at dusk at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater and are free to the public, with families encouraged to bring chairs, blankets and their favorite movie snacks.
Residents can check on the status of a Movie in the Park showing by calling the Weather Line at (317) 567-5057 if inclement weather is in the forecast. Closed captioning is also available for each movie.
The April 15 selection to kick off this Movies in the Park season is “The Good Dinosaur.”
The full schedule for this years’ Movies in the Park includes:

- April 29 – “Pixels”
- May 6 – Shaun the Sheep
- May 13 – “Hotel Transylvania 2”
- May 20 – “Pan”
- May 27 – “Inside Out”
