Penny L. Usher, 47, Arcadia, died Dec. 11 at Maple Park Village in Westfield. She was born April 22, 1968 to Charles and Sharon Usher in Fayette County, Ind.
Penny was a member of Cicero Christian Church, as well as Friends Unlimited and their summer camp.
She is survived by her guardians, Terry and Debbie Pickett, and the caregivers and staff of Normal Life.
