Two Carmel residents, Amit Patel and Amit Khanna, just opened Indiana’s first Smashburger in Westfield. Current’s Amy Pauszek attended the grand opening Sept. 28. The restaurant is at 2560 E. 146th St., in Cool Creek Commons.
