A Whitestown teen reported missing Oct. 7 was found safe later that afternoon in Chicago by the Chicago Police Dept.
The Whitestown Metropolitan Police Dept. issued a missing persons report for Joey Kellogg Oct. 7 after he was last seen the afternoon of Oct. 6 at Zionsville Community High School. Police had asked anyone who saw Kellogg not to approach him.
