Jim Baringer, 59, Noblesville, died June 20 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. He was born on May 25, 1956 to the late Max and Kathleen (Hartman) Baringer in Indianapolis.
Jim retired after 35 years as a service advisor for many local automotive dealerships. He attended Bethel Lutheran Church, and was an assistant Cub Scouts den leader for five years. Jim was an avid photographer who loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping.
He is survived by his very best friend and loving wife of 28 wonderful years, Nancy Lee Baringer; sons, Rhyan Baringer, and Ben Baringer; five grandsons; and sister, Kathy Sierra.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Boy Scouts of America, 7125 Fall Creek Road North, Indianapolis, IN 46256.
