In memory of a beloved employee who passed away in 2013, Indiana University Health North Hospital will host the Jason Black Memorial Golf Outing, presented by Aramark, on Thursday, June 25 at Bear Slide Golf Club in Cicero. Proceeds from the golf outing will be placed in the IU Health North Hospital Education Endowment and the Jason Black Sisters Scholarship Fund.
Jason Black, a Carmel resident, was a husband and father. He was a friend to everyone he encountered and an integral part of the IU Health North Hospital family and the local community.
The proceeds from this year’s golf outing will benefit Jason’s daughters and will also support IU Health North’s mission by adding to the hospital’s education endowment to assist IU Health North team members who want to further their education. Last year’s golf outing raised more than $25,000 for the Black Sisters Scholarship Fund, and IU Health North leaders plan to build on that success for this year’s event.
The golf outing – a four-man scramble – is open to the public with golf and sponsorship packages available.
