A new mobile application has been developed in Fishers for residents or visitors to find places to eat, to do business, find lodging and more. There is an event calendar, dining and shopping directories and a deals section where users can save money at local restaurants and businesses.

Bluebridge, located in Fishers, created the Nickel Plate app. Although Bluebridge is in Fishers, and their local apps serve Grand Park, Westfield, Fishers, Zionsville and Hamilton County, they are also on a large, worldly scale where apps can cover South Africa, Gatlinburg, Tenn. and Kissimmee, Fla.

“We’re incredibly thrilled to be here in Fishers,” Santiago Jaramillo, the CEO and founder of Bluebridge, stated.

When Bluebridge started in Launch Fishers, they had two employees, but they have created over 25 jobs since then.

“We want to keep that momentum going,” Jaramillo stated. “We have big plans to continue our growth, support the local economy and help organizations of all sizes have a compelling mobile app presence.”

The Nickel Plate app will bring visitors and residents of Fishers up to date about the best places to eat and stay. Push notifications available through the app alert the user of any changes.

“The Nickel Plate app really allows the community, residents, businesses and tourists to very quickly find an excellent local restaurant to meet for lunch, where to stay the night and what events are going on tonight or this weekend so they can take advantage of all Fishers has to offer,” Jaramillo stated.

The app can be found through the app store under Nickel Plate District – Fishers, IN. To learn more about Bluebridge and the services they offer, visit their website at gobluebridge.com.
