The results are in, and Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard has won the primary election for mayor once again.
Other winners include Christine Pauley for clerk-treasurer, and for council: Bruce Kimball, Ron Carter, Kevin ‘Woody’ Rider, Sue Finkam, Jeff Worrell, and Carol Schleif.
