Preview: The Center for the Performing Arts announces 2015-2016 season

President and CEO Tania Castroverde Moskalenko and Artistic Director Michael Feinstein today unveiled the 5th Anniversary Season, presented by Allied Solutions, during a special gathering at the Palladium for subscribers and donors. The 2015-16 season at the Center for the Performing Arts will feature six subscription series, including: Printing Partners Classical, The Stratford Songbook, Taft Law Jazz, Country, World Stage and Dance. In addition, the Center will present Drewry Simmons Vornehm Pop, Rock & Folk, Family, Spotlight, and Holiday shows.

A grand season kick-off for the 5th Anniversary Season by Harry Connick Jr. will be on Aug. 6. Tickets for this special event are available to subscribers and donors onApril 21. Highlights of the season includes performances by Yo-Yo Ma, Joshua Bell and The Academy of St. Martin in the Fields, the Gatlin Brothers, Rosanne Cash, Frank Sinatra, Jr., Béla Fleck & Abigail Washburn, the Ailey II dancers, and more. The Center’s annual Songbook Celebration Gala presented by Krieg DeVault returns in October and new this year is a New Year’s Eve Extravaganza.

“We have a stellar lineup for this very special season marking five years of offering world class entertainment to fans of great performances who come to Carmel from all 92 counties in Indiana, each of our 50 states, and 22 countries. Our ever-expanding lineup also ensures that each of our three performance spaces is brimming with activity throughout the year,” said Moskalenko.

Preview: The Center for the Performing Arts announces 2015-2016 season

President and CEO Tania Castroverde Moskalenko and Artistic Director Michael Feinstein today unveiled the 5th Anniversary Season, presented by Allied Solutions, during a special gathering at the Palladium for subscribers and donors. The 2015-16 season at the Center for the Performing Arts will feature six subscription series, including: Printing Partners Classical, The Stratford Songbook, Taft Law Jazz, Country, World Stage and Dance. In addition, the Center will present Drewry Simmons Vornehm Pop, Rock & Folk, Family, Spotlight, and Holiday shows.

A grand season kick-off for the 5th Anniversary Season by Harry Connick Jr. will be on Aug. 6. Tickets for this special event are available to subscribers and donors onApril 21. Highlights of the season includes performances by Yo-Yo Ma, Joshua Bell and The Academy of St. Martin in the Fields, the Gatlin Brothers, Rosanne Cash, Frank Sinatra, Jr., Béla Fleck & Abigail Washburn, the Ailey II dancers, and more. The Center’s annual Songbook Celebration Gala presented by Krieg DeVault returns in October and new this year is a New Year’s Eve Extravaganza.

“We have a stellar lineup for this very special season marking five years of offering world class entertainment to fans of great performances who come to Carmel from all 92 counties in Indiana, each of our 50 states, and 22 countries. Our ever-expanding lineup also ensures that each of our three performance spaces is brimming with activity throughout the year,” said Moskalenko.
