Bottom-line: Indy-Go had an operating LOSS of $53 million dollars in 2013. This discussion of Mass Transit does not need to go any farther and waste time and resources. I would invite taxpayers to Google Randal O’Toole, the preeminent authority on mass transit systems worldwide, and read his in-depth studies.
