Tom Phillips, 81, of Noblesville, died March 14, 2015 at his residence. Born Sept. 26, 1933 in Iron City, Tenn., he was the son of Lawrence and Sally (Johns) Phillips.
For 42 years, he worked at Firestone Industrial Products. He loved fishing with “the boys” and working around the house.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Rose Phillips; daughter, Deborah (Thomas) Coate; grandson, Isaac Coate; and sisters, Kaye Cochran and Faye Young.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Rubye Jean Tucker.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. March 20 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 11 a.m. The Rev. Jim Dillinger will officiate. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
