Homebuilder David Weekley has opened a model home in the 1,700-acre master-planned community of Anson in Whitestown. The 3,600-square-foot Clairbella home features four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and a three-car garage, among many other features.
The David Weekley section of the Anson community features 31 homes on 40-, 48- and 80-foot home sites. Floorplans range in size from 1,890 to more than 3,500 square feet of living space in homes with basements. The seven floorplans feature Craftsman-style architecture and front porches.
