Snapshot: Boy Scout Breakfast

0

While celebrating its platinum anniversary, the community set a gold standard of giving at the 20th annual Noblesville Mayor’s Breakfast for Scouting on Feb. 12 at the Hamilton County 4-H Fairgrounds, 2003 Pleasant St. The breakfast, the first in Hamilton County and traditionally the largest fundraiser, received $60,000 in pledged donations to help offset the costs of Scouting programming, supplies and equipment, and training workshops and camps. The amount is almost $15,000 more than 2014, which raised $45,550. Noblesville has more than 1,100 scouts and leaders involved in Scouting.
