Letha L. Hiday, 90, of Noblesville died Dec. 23, 2014 at her residence. Born April 13, 1924 in Tipton County, she was the daughter of Vern and Opal (Lee) Pearson.
She was a homemaker on the farm and active in the home economics club for more than 60 years. She was an avid gardener and loved flowers. She also enjoyed her Tuesday nights at Jim Dandy with friends.
Survivors include her son, Robert L. Hiday; daughter, Sue (James) Sallee; grandchildren, Jeff (Patty) Hiday, Robert D. (Carol) Hiday, Heather (Jeff) Hobson, Jeannette (Tod) Blevens and Patty (Kenny) Ortman; and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Glen Hiday; brothers, Carl and John Pearson; sister, Vivian Pearson; and daughter-in-law, Brenda Hiday.
Funeral services were held Dec, 29 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville, with the Rev. Stanley R. Sutton officiating. Burial followed at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis. Online condolences may be made at www.randallroberts.com.
