A number of Westfield neighborhoods and businesses on the west side of the city are experiencing low water pressure or no water at all after a water main break occurred near 156th Street and Oak Ridge Road. Citizens Energy Group crews are onsite working to address the issue. Officials said the break was the result of a contractor hitting a water main. Citizens estimates the water will not be fully restored until 9 p.m. tonight.
