The Zionsville Chamber of Commerce has announced the appointment of Tony Merlie, Kris Patel, Keith Pemberton and Doug Rapp to its 2015 Board of Directors.
- Tony Merlie is a certified public accountant with over 15 years of financial management and auditing experience. He currently works for Industrial Dielectrics Holdings, Inc., as the company’s International Controller, and he works closely with management and accounting teams located throughout the world, including China, France, the United Kingdom and Puerto Rico.
- Kris Patel started Om Wealth Management in 2007, having worked as a financial advisor since 2002. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in public finance and is a CFA Charterholder. Kris holds a series 6, 7, 26, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
- Keith Pemberton is the owner of the Pemberton Insurance Group located in Zionsville. Keith previously held roles in software sales and had a 15-year career in project management for the electrical contracting industry. Keith attended school at Missouri State University and has a degree in electronics and telecommunications.
- Douglas Rapp is a planning and operations specialist for domestic operations and emergency planning for the Joint Forces Headquarters, Indiana Army National Guard. He is the Senior Army Vice President of the Indiana Department of the Reserve Officer Association and consults for elected officials at local, state and national levels. He has received numerous awards and honors. He is the Principle of RAPP LLC, which focuses on residential investment properties and property management in the Fort Wayne area. He is also President of Delta Research LLC, which specializes in Strategic Planning, Contingency Planning, Disaster Response and Security.
