The following is a message from Zionsville Community School Corp. Supt. Dr. Scott Robison to the friends and families of the Zionsville Marching Eagles.

Dear Eagle Faithful,

RobisonOur hardworking and very talented band, guard, directors, and Pit Crew will be in STATE CHAMPIONSHIP COMPETITION this Saturday, so we must send them off right!  Please, please come to the HS stadium if you are in town this Friday night for the 7PM”dress rehearsal” of this year’s outstanding show.

This is a great opportunity to see the Marching Eagles competition show without the unavoidable crowd noise of home football games. The show is called, “A Day in the Life of a Knight.”  The Marching Eagles have an army of knights in shining armor, and they also have three (3) 1st place finishes in a row as the 2014 season approaches end at the State Finals!

This is a full dress rehearsal the night before our Marching Eagles perform at ISSMA* Scholastic Class Finals, and a large enthusiastic audience would be great.  Admission is free!

Our performance at ISSMA Finals is at Lawrence Central High School in Indianapolis onSaturday, October 25, at 6:20PM.

Please come support these outstanding musicians, guard performers, their directors and parent volunteers.

Scott Robison, Superintendent of Schools
