The Indiana chapter of Americans for Prosperity today announced the state’s premiere gathering of free-market activists, the 2014 Hoosier Freedom Summit. The Summit will take place Saturday, October 11 at the Renaissance Hotel in Carmel. Speakers will include former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina and WIBC radio host Greg Garrison.
“Indiana has achieved a lot in the areas of education, tax and workplace reforms,” explained Chase Downham, Indiana State Director of Americans for Prosperity. “But the American Dream should never be taken for granted. That is why we look forward to welcoming hundreds of Hoosiers to the Summit to learn how they can stand up to government over-reach and fight for the American dream.”
This year’s summit will be a particularly special opportunity for activists to hear from Carly Fiorina about her story of breaking glass ceilings, creating jobs, and advancing the American dream for herself and countless others.
This is the third-annual Hoosier Freedom Summit. The event has become a staple event for Hoosiers who support limited government, free-market solutions at the local, state, and federal level.
