Obituary: Curtis Ray Ringley

Curtis Ray Ringley, 70, of Noblesville, died Sept. 28, 2014 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. Born July 8, 1944 in Kyles Ford, Tenn., he was the son of Will and Dona (Goins) Ringley.

He had been a civil employee for the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department before retiring in 1993. He also had owned and operated a cattle and tobacco farm in eastern Tennessee; and had been a warehouse driver for McMahon Foods for 19 years.

Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Sheila Ann Ringley; son, Curtis Brandon “Brad” Ringley; daughter, Lisa Elaine Watson; grandsons, Blake, Zack and Joe; one great-granddaughter; sisters, Liz Cress, Lucy Taylor and Judy Williams; several nieces and nephews; and special great-nephew, Ralan D. Clymer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, James Ringley and William “Bill” Ringley; and sisters, Joyce Jones and Mary Brown.
