Bren Simon, the widow of real estate developer and famed entrepreneur Mel Simon, placed the couple’s main estate at 10110 Ditch Road on the market earlier today.
Listed for $25 million, this home is one of many that the Simons were in ownership of. After Mel’s death in 2009, Bren sold their New York City Plaza Hotel condo for $48. In 2011, she listed their home in Bel Air, California for $44 million.
The Carmel home is 50,000 square-feet, with an 18-hole golf course, 36 rooms and 24 bathrooms.
