Zionsville high school student completes American Legion War Memorial

By Sophie Pappas

Congratulations are in order for Jackson Sugar, a Zionsville Community High School student who is working towards his goal of becoming an Eagle Scout.

To become an Eagle Scout, Sugar had to complete a service project before his 18th birthday.

He finished his project this month.

To commemorate the final product, Senator Joe Donnelly made a visit to the war memorial, which is located in front of the American Legion in Zionsville.

Zionsville resident and war veteran Charles Schultz, who goes by Schultzi, was also present.
