Austin-based Tex-Mex restaurant Chuy’s, plans to open its first Central Indiana location at Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville. To prepare for the local launch in April the restaurant is now hiring approximately 140 team members.
“At Chuy’s we make our food from scratch all day every day from the best ingredients,” said Russell Burns, owner/operator of Chuy’s Noblesville. “We’re looking for people who share our passion for fresh food and great service.”
Chuy’s is accepting applications for all full- and part-time positions, including servers, bartenders, hosts and bus employees. In addition, the restaurant is looking for experienced kitchen staff to prepare their homemade Tex-Mex fare and signature sauces, as well as tortilla “experts” to create Chuy’s hand-rolled tortillas at the authentic comal located in the dining room.
